Tally Max

Tally Max ProductUnbelievable features for a mere tally counter. But Tally Max is no simple counter at all. Multiple categories can be created with multiple counters per category. And the tallies are saved automatically and recorded for that day. The next day starts with a clean tally without losing your history. Review the history by flipping through days or using the pop-up calendar to find the day you’re looking for. You can even email the tallies. Reporting is built-in.

Features:

-    Innovative tally screen with big, visible buttons.
-    Retro metal instrument look.
-    Sound effects provide feedback to confirm the tally registered.
-    Zero (clear) the tallies with a single button.
-    Email tally counts in CSV format to anyone.
-    Create unlimited categories, for sports, cooking, crochet rows, or anything.
-    Up to 10 counters can be added to each category.
-    Per-category reporting gives summary stats for the month.
-    Sum or average stats are configured for each counter.
-    Range: -9999 to 9999.

Update: Tally Max is available for sale in the App Store.

    Is it a bug?

  2. phox Says:

This is confirmed as a bug. A fix has been submitted to the App Store and the upgrade will be available in about a week via the App Store.

  3. Doug Says:

Any chance this will ever be compatible with the 1st generation iTouch?

  4. Kelvin Beecroft Says:

We’re compatible with iPhone and iPod touch 2nd generation. At this time we don’t have plans to support 1st gen Touch.

  5. Jim Says:

This app makes a great crochet and/ or knitting counter.

  6. Linda Says:

I just purchased the tally max app so I could do a project in my classroom. It lets me put in my categories but it doesn’t allow them to be tallied. It only has Tally 1 and 2 as options. I want my students to collect data…For example: Favorite food–then the choices will be pizza, hamburgers, hotdogs, tacos. I can put in the different areas but there is no way to enter tallies for these.

  7. Linda Says:

I got it to work. There was some user error on my part. It is very stubborn when entering the different things that need to be tallied. It took me a long time to get it to take the different counter names.
